We had a wonderful stay at the Smoky Woods Lodge. Jeff was a very proactive and responsive host. The day that we arrived there has been widespread power outages from a storm. Jeff offered to put us up in a hotel in Gatlinburg until power was restored. Fortunate the power came back before we made it to the house, but the gesture was appreciated nonetheless. The house was on a beautiful stretch of private land, and the vistas of the mountains seen out of the back of the house were incredible. The house was clean, simple and fun. We had two families of four and the layout worked really well. We hope to stay again if we are back in the area.
