Kodie is an awesome host. Home was absolutely beautiful. Located less than an hour from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Knoxville. The river runs through it and the deck and patio is fully furnished including a hot tub. We will definitely stay here again.

If you’re looking for a peaceful escape surrounded by nature and kindness, this is the place. From the moment I booked, the hosts made me feel incredibly cared for. The house is absolutely beautiful, but what made this stay unforgettable was the riverside setting. Drinking my morning coffee while listening to the sound of the water flowing just a few steps away was pure magic. The fire pit by the river is the perfect spot to relax, reflect, and reconnect with yourself or your loved ones.They were warm, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. That level of hospitality is rare and truly appreciated

This is the perfect spot to rest and relax away from the bustle of crowded tourist spots, but very easy access to Gatlinburg and surrounding towns. We and our dog enjoyed the water, covered deck, and outdoor patio the most. Even better than the pictures!

Kodie’s camp was perfect for our family. We were visiting the area to relax, explore the Smokies, Gatlinburg and Sevierville. The location was great at the end of a dead end road but close enough to the main road to go anywhere. The setting with the river and screen in porch were our favorite. We would recommend people visit.

If you are looking for a place to escape, disconnect and refuel your tank, this is the place! It’s a private little oasis right on the creek, which was perfect for fishing. We sat my the fire and made smores, sat in the loungers to reading a book, and rocked on the patio chairs to the sounds of the creek flowing by. The hot tub was perfect to warm up after fishing or rest after a long hike. This come is beautiful and has all the amenities you need for the perfect stay. We can’t wait to return!

Me and my wife had an amazing stay!! the property looks as beautiful in person as it does in the listing. between relaxing in the hot tub, swimming and fishing in the Cosby River or eating s'mores around the fire!! what more can you ask for!! highly recommended! Jeff and Kodie were amazing hosts. Me and my wife will be back for sure!

The setting was incredibly peaceful and quiet—just what my group and I needed to unwind. The cabin itself was spotless and clearly well taken care of. If you’re looking for a clean, serene place to relax away from the crowds, this is it. Highly recommend!
